About Us

For over 2 decades, owner Danny Villarreal has been decorating and providing interior design consultation to his family and friends- a passion that has always come naturally to him and has continued to blossom to this day. Stemming from his love of real estate, Danny has always been fascinated with the different styles of properties and how a house could be transformed into a home with the proper decorating and styling.

From his first home in the Houston Heights that he decorated and then remodeled years later, to his current home in River Oaks that he recently renovated, he has been blending styles to create the perfect space that compliments the houses architectural style and his own personal style. In 2015 Danny directed the design of his first lake house in which he broke with traditional lake house aesthetics. His intent was to have “A house on the lake, not just a lake house” and the finished product broke the mold of what a “lake house” should be.

Now, Danny has taken his passion for decorating to a new level with Home Staging and Virtual Staging. Working with local Realtors, Danny has been able to stage homes to provide potential home buyers a visualization of what a space can achieve. Whether moving actual furniture into a home or using state of the art software to add an array of furniture into a room, the possibilities are endless. Using this same software he is also able to create a virtual tour that will allow clients to “walk” a listing from the comfort of their own home.

Realtors and sellers alike profit from a quick turnaround on their house on the market. Danny will work with the listing agent, builder and/or owner to customize the perfect staging opportunity for the maximum return in the quickest fashion.
